Casey Niccoli (b. October 17, 1964) was Perry Farrell's girlfriend and muse during the heyday of Jane's Addiction from 1985-1991, and during the very early days of Porno For Pyros. Perry and Casey broke up in 1992. Contrary to past rumors, Perry and Casey never had any children. However, Casey now has a daughter named Poppy Jean, but she is not fathered by Perry. Casey now lives happily with her daughter in the Los Angeles, CA area.
