Of Course as it appears on the album Ritual de lo Habitual is the one recorded and released song by the "original" lineup of Jane's Addiction that Eric Avery does not perform on. As released, bass duties are performed by guitar tech Ronnie S. Champagne.

Charlie Bisharat plays violin on the Ritual de lo Habitual version of this song, however Morgan Fichter performed violin live during the Ritual tour.
