Psi Com Psi Com's self-titled studio album. It was originally released as a limited-edition, vinyl only release in July of 1985 on the band's own Mohini Records, and then re-released by Triple-X Records on November 1st, 1993. The image on the cover is a painting by Perry Farrell.
It is worth noting that by the time this album was originally released in 1985, Psi Com as a band was over with. Within a few months following the release of this album, Perry Farrell and Eric Avery were already performing together in what would eventually become Jane's Addiction.

Alternate Versions & Promos
The original, Mohini Records vinyl version of this album was limited to only 1500 copies. However, a sizable amount of those copies were destroyed early on due to improper pressing. Therefore the exact number put into circulation is unknown. The original album cover contained Perry's painting on a black background.
In 1993, Triple-X Records, one of the labels the band originally sought a record deal with, re-released this album. Before this release, the only CD version of this recording available was a bootleg. Up until the re-release, the original vinyl and bootlegs were prized items among collectors. The CD version contains the painting of Perry on a white background, in contrast to the original black background. The vinyl re-release is printed on brown background. Both black and clear 10" vinyl versions exist.
There are also several promotional CD versions of this album from Triple-X records, all of which are essentially the same as the official release. All come in different colored sleeves instead of jewel cases. According to Bruce Licher of Independent Project Records, they simply used varying colors of available card stock to make those promo sleeves. There is also a numbered, limited run of 1000, promo that also comes in a brown sleeve.
Vinyl Engravings
This album, including the vinyl re-releases contains the following engravings:
- Side 1: You Take The High Road
- Side 2: Still No Answer
It is worth noting that the engravings on side one is a line of then future Jane's Addiction song Chip Away.
Vinyl Liner Notes
From the album album liner notes:
As team they now affront the change
eight lips taciturn
their joy is first to build things up
then douse and watch it burn
To multitudes in red red rooms
they besiege with unearthy sounds
affecting as the moan to man
as howling to the hound
